Check your entry, then practise

Signing in with Steam or enabling notifications does not enter an AmoHa tournament. Read the Only Up event page and explicitly confirm with “I'll participate”. Do not rely on a browser notification as your only reminder: save the start time separately.

What exactly is this event?

This event uses the Only Up climbing map inside CS2, not the standalone game with the same name. Your task is to climb and be in a better position when the tournament timer ends. Creating a practice lobby or setting a personal record is not tournament registration.

Use Iran time

Start: 6 November 2026 at 22:00. End: 7 November at 01:00. Both are Iran time, UTC+03:30. The event ends on the following calendar day.

The final moment counts

Players' positions are checked when the timer expires, not at the highest point they previously reached in practice or earlier in the event.

Check the minimum entry count

The published terms require at least 50 registrations; the event is cancelled below that minimum. The counter represents registrations, not currently connected players.

This summary reflects the event page checked on 20 October. Recheck that page for the schedule, registration status, prizes and further instructions before the event. This guide does not replace the event's own terms.

1. Confirm entry with the correct account

  1. Follow the sign-in route from the tournament page and use your own Steam account. Enter your Steam password only on Steam's official page, never in a support message.
  2. Check the account name displayed after sign-in. Correct the account before confirming participation if it is not yours.
  3. Click “I'll participate”. Notification permission is requested within that flow. If the browser asks, you need to allow notifications to continue registration.
  4. Read the result and your own participation status. Signing in, closing the permission prompt or repeatedly clicking is not proof of a successful entry.

If you previously denied notifications, update the permission in that site's browser settings. If your browser is unsupported or an error continues, read the page's message and use website issue reporting. Do not assume a failed registration succeeded.

2. Practise the route, not just the starting area

Find the Only Up practice option in AmoHa's games and lobbies. Check that you can join and load the map before tournament day; do not leave the first map download or a CS2 update until the last minute. For inviting friends and waiting for a server to become ready, see the separate CS2 lobby guide.

Pick a few difficult sections to practise: where do you jump, where can you pause and how do you find your route again after a fall? Take a moment before the next jump rather than rushing to make up for a mistake. This is practice advice, not a promise of points or tournament results.

3. Prepare voice and coordination before the start

The current event terms require players to be in the tournament's TeamSpeak. AmoHa's server address is amoha.ir; follow official event notices for the room and access instructions. If you need the client, start with TeamSpeak 3 downloads and the clear voice settings guide.

Check your headphone output and microphone input so game audio does not spill into your voice. If you are connected but cannot speak, ask support about that room's talk requirements. Do not hop through strangers' rooms or ask other players for passwords or access.

4. Reminders help; keep your own clock too

Event reminders for registered entrants are scheduled for 3 days, 24 hours and 1 hour before the start. Those are scheduled times, not guaranteed delivery to every device. Browser permission, device state and connectivity can affect what appears. Set a personal reminder using Iran time and check the tournament page again before the start.

A quick pre-start check
  • Have you checked your account and entry status?
  • Are CS2 and the map ready, and are you following the correct join instructions?
  • Have you checked your headphones, microphone and the tournament room notice?
  • Do you know the next-day finish time and how the final ranking is determined?

Quick questions

Am I entered if I have signed in with Steam?

No. You must explicitly confirm participation in that event and see a successful result. Account sign-in and notification permission alone do not enter you.

Does my highest practice record determine my final rank?

No. Under the current AmoHa Only Up rule, your position when the timer expires determines your rank. Practice records help you learn the route, not secure an event ranking.

What should I report if I have a connection problem during the event?

Send AmoHa support the exact time and time zone, game or room name and error text. Do not send passwords, identity keys or sign-in details. This guide does not promise automatic re-entry, compensation or a ranking adjustment; ask the organiser about event decisions.
